To take part in on-line training with the RHA you will need the following equipment:
A computer with a high speed and reliable broadband internet connection for each candidate. (Windows 10 is preferred)
Google Chrome installed as your default internet browser, download from here- https://www.google.com/chrome/
Sound system including both speaker and microphone. (A headset will work if you have one.)
A web cam.
To join the course:
Each candidate will be sent an invitation to join the course by email with a link to join. Our Trainer will know you have joined once you do.
During the course:
Your attendance for the full duration of the course is required for certification purposes.
Training is scheduled for 8 Hours with breaks during the session.
The trainer will send you a request to turn on your web cam which must be switched on for the duration of training.
To make sure that the course flows correctly you will need to close any other computer applications.
During the course there will be built in question and answer sessions for you to participate in.
The system allows for open conversation between you, the trainer and others on the course.
For Driver CPC Courses Candidates must be able to provide the appropriate identification as required by the legislation
You will need to have your driving licence available for us to check your ID
You will also be asked to provide your Driver number.
