Regardless of the fleet size, your O Licence is your most valuable asset and it is your responsibility to protect it by keeping up to date on compliance issues and responsibilities of all staff.

This course is ideal for senior mangers and traffic office staff and covers a wide variety of topics including transport law, the OCRS system, powers of enforcement officers and the consequences of non-compliance. There are two versions of this course aimed at those who are employed Road Haulage Operations.

Course Duration: One day

Commences: 09:00 (please aim to log on for 8.45am)

Concludes: 17:00

Cost includes full seminar course notes and a certificate of attendance.

To take part in on-line training with the RHA you will need the following equipment:
A computer with a high speed and reliable broadband internet connection for each candidate. (Windows 10 is preferred)
Google Chrome installed as your default internet browser, download from here-  https://www.google.com/chrome/
Sound system including both speaker and microphone. (A headset will work if you have one.)
A web cam.
To join the course:
Each candidate will be sent an invitation to join the course by email with a link to join. Our Trainer will know you have joined once you do.
During the course:
Your attendance for the full duration of the course is required for certification purposes.
Training is scheduled for 8 Hours with breaks during the session.
The trainer will send you a request to turn on your web cam which must be switched on for the duration of training.
To make sure that the course flows correctly you will need to close any other computer applications.
During the course there will be built in question and answer sessions for you to participate in.
The system allows for open conversation between you, the trainer and others on the course.

For Driver CPC Courses Candidates must be able to provide the appropriate identification as required by the legislation

You will need to have your driving licence available for us to check your ID

You will also be asked to provide your Driver number.

Your registration link for the training will be emailed out the day before the training is to commence. If your training falls on a Monday this will be emailed on the Friday. Please check your junk folder or contact the office if you haven't received this.
